I have a friend who recently purchased a new iMac. Before this he was a PC user and he needs some help learning how to use his new system. This includes things like file management, email (including accessing his email from multiple computers while keeping a complete copy of all emails on one of them), acquaintance with the Apple applications and OS features, burning CDs, wireless networking, sharing files with his laptop PC, and backing up his data. One thing he will need help with is recovering a lost password (I believe this is the password to the user account on his Mac).
